What You’ll Do:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Program Manager to oversee cross-functional initiatives and drive the successful execution of strategic programs. The Program Manager will be responsible for coordinating projects, aligning stakeholders, managing risks, and ensuring that all initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs that span multiple teams and departments.
• Define program scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and status reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies; develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Coordinate resources and manage budgets to ensure efficient program execution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for program communication, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective decision-making by providing clear, data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement in program management processes, tools, and best practices.
• Foster strong collaboration across cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, operations, and business functions.

What You'll Need (required):

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus).
• Proven experience (5+ years) in program or project management, preferably in a fast-paced or cross-functional environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and adapt to changing demands.
• Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar).
