At OnRamp we accelerate customer onboarding by creating delightful customer experiences for the world’s best brands. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you’ll manage the business relationship with our largest Enterprise customers - world class brands - to identify and close opportunities for OnRamp to deliver more value across the various teams, divisions, product lines, and projects within these large organizations. You will work alongside a Customer Success Team that is expert in the product and the projects where these customers are currently using OnRamp. Your primary responsibility will be to identify expansion opportunities and leverage the success of existing projects to win that expansion business.
💡 What is OnRamp exactly? OnRamp is a collaborative onboarding management platform that helps companies provide a world-class onboarding experience to customers and partners. Our product is a B2B application targeted at companies ranging in size from mid-market to large enterprises. We are a tight-knit team who are excited to solve some of the most intractable problems our customers face daily. We’re growing super fast and have great momentum: a cutting-edge product, enthusiastic customers, and a sizable new round of funding from world-class VCs.
📈 What will I do? If you’re looking to build something that has an outsized impact on how organizations of the future interact and collaborate with one another, you’ve found the right place. As our first Enterprise Account Manager, you’ll help to define the role and the process that we’ll use as a foundation for the team as we grow. This is an opportunity to be a key contributor in OnRamp’s growth. ● Serve as the primary point of contact for OnRamp’s largest customer accounts ● Map the customer organizations and develop new relationships and conversations across the company ● Identify future champions and influential people and build long term relationships up and across the organization ● Identify opportunities and projects for OnRamp to provide additional value ● Own all aspects of the sales process to win expansion business ● Collaborate with the CS, Product, and Sales teams to provide a smooth and coordinate experience to our customers ● Collaborate with OnRamp leadership to develop strategic plans for the long term success and growth of each account. ● Work with the product and develop expertise in both our OnBoarding messaging as well as our product capabilities
🤺 What should I bring? OnRamp is a small team, and you’ll be an early teammate. We’re in an exciting, fast-paced build mode - we hope that’s music to your ears. ● Experience in a hunting role where you have to create your own leads. You will be developing your own pipeline of deals to close. You will need to be self-driven, self-motivated, and have very high levels of initiative. ● Experience working with multi-thousand person customers with complex organizational structure
● Knowledge of and passion for the OnRamp mission ● Proven track record of success achieving aggressive targets ● Startup experience. We are a 20 person company. Most things that need to be done... you’ll need to do them. Startup survival skills include an ability to thrive and focus despite chaos and resource constraints. ● Demonstrable, professional, communication, listening, and presentation skills.
