About us:
Our mission: Trove Health aims to accelerate the discovery of groundbreaking diagnostics and treatments to improve patients’ lives.
What we’re building: At Trove Health, we are building the world’s largest longitudinal, consented database of patients and their health information across geographies and therapeutic areas. Our solution currently allows clinical trial sponsors to rapidly identify and recruit patients matching their enrollment criteria, and we are working towards creating a uniquely rich data set of identified patients to be used for various Real World Data applications and direct-to-patient marketing.
Our company is remote-first, and built on the foundation of the following core values:
- Collaboration: we are much stronger in solving problems together than we are alone.
- Openness: It’s important to be open with each other, especially as it comes to finding problems and issues.
- Accountability: We are a small startup with limited resources. We expect each other to hold ourselves to the highest standards and not shift blame.
- Empathy: While we are a software company, we are more fundamentally a customer service business that happens to make software. Empathy for our customers and the patients they serve is not only what will allow us to be successful as a business but more importantly to achieve our mission.
- Family: we are a family-oriented company and understand that for each of our team members, family comes first. We will go to more lengths than most to ensure our employees can put their families first, which is reflected in our HR and leave policies (unlimited PTO, etc).
