What You Will Do
TetraScience is searching for a full time Salesforce.com resource to provide administrative support and development on the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform. This role will also be part of the Sales Operations team, supporting the go-to-market activities in the company. This team reports into the Chief Revenue Officer. You will have the responsibilities of system administrator and will be developing supporting solutions for the seamless operation of the Sales and Financial departments of a software product company.
The Sales Operations-Salesforce Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM and databases. Working closely with the Marketing, Sales, Partners, and Executive teams, the analyst will identify, develop and deploy new business processes and solutions to enhance efficiency and insights across the revenue organization.
This role will collaborate extensively with marketing to optimize campaign analytics and reporting, with sales leadership to improve forecasting and opportunity management, with the partners team to streamline the partner opportunity process, and with executives to implement platforms that unify revenue teams and provide leadership visibility into performance.
The Sales Operations - Salesforce Analyst will play a critical role in improving cross-functional communication, implementing technology to connect departments, and leveraging data to align strategy across marketing, sales, partners, and leadership.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Saleforce.com administration and solutioning, showcasing a successful track record of achievements and contributions.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
- Experience with ZoomInfo or Seamless.ai, Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and OwnBackup
- Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree, or professional qualification
- Advanced knowledge of Flows & Flow best practices within Salesforce are must
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven ability to drive innovation and stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging emerging technologies and methodologies.
- Any additional Salesforce certifications (Sales Cloud Consultant, PD1, etc.)
- General knowledge of SAQL, bonus if you have advanced SAQL knowledge.
- Experience with Certinia (previously FinancialForce) PSA package is HIGHLY preferred.
- Basic understanding of Apex.
- Basic understanding of JS, CSS.
- Experience with iPaaS tools & understanding of the limitations involved.
- Basic understanding of Salesforce API’s and they’re capabilities/limitations (REST, SOAP, Composite, etc.)
- Continuing certifications are encouraged, as needed.
Technical Skills:
- Proven track record as a Salesforce.com administrator/developer, with a successful history of delivering projects and implementations that exceed expectations.
- Strong skills related to building reports and dashboards within Salesforce will be required. Additionally, use of Tableau within Salesforce is highly needed, in order to build dashboards for the CRO, as well as your marketing operations partner.
- Proficiency in developing custom solutions using Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components, showcasing your ability to create robust and scalable applications.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce.com platform capabilities and limitations, enabling you to design efficient and effective solutions.
- Experience integrating Salesforce.com with third-party applications and APIs, demonstrating your ability to support and create seamless and automated workflows.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com best practices for security, data management, and performance optimization, ensuring the integrity and performance of our Salesforce instance.
- Salesforce.com Admin/Developer/Sales Cloud certification is a plus, reflecting your commitment to excellence and expertise in the platform.
- Proven expertise developing flows, with a track record of successful project implementations and a deep understanding of best practices.
- Proficiency in creating automation solutions, utilizing advanced techniques to solve complex problems.
- Solid experience with Sales Cloud, including the ability to design, develop, and optimize solutions for the internal business customer base.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com Einstein Analytics providing support for leadership of marketing and sales through a variety of visualization dashboards and understanding of SAQL.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com Centrinia (FinancialForce), providing administrative support.
