What You Will Do
- You will develop and maintain custom Github Actions and reusable workflows to support the building and deployment of Tetra Data Artifacts
- You will develop innovative solutions to manage GitHub repos at scale
- You will develop internal tools using Python and JavaScript that will help facilitate and speed up the development process
- You will be responsible for procuring, maintaining and driving the adoption of off the shelf engineering tools, such as JFrog Artifactory, Codacy, LocalStack and GitHub across all engineering teams
- You will build out automated checks to ensure that we're compliant with third-party software licenses and terms and conditions
- You will build and maintain templates and tooling to faster generate compliant internal and external GitHub repos
- You will continue to add capabilities to an end-to-end testing framework for Tetra Data Artifacts
- 5+ years experience building out CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions
- Proficient in Node, Python and C#
- Hands-on experience with package managers such as yarn/npm, poetry/pipenv and nuget
- Hands-on experience with AWS and containerization using Docker
- Experience procuring, governing and maintaining best of class engineering tooling is a plus
- Administrative knowledge of tools such as GitHub, JFrog Artifactory and Codacy
- Proven success in working in a start-up environment
- Fast and efficient learner and worker
- Excellent problem solving, collaboration, and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with local testing of AWS services using e.g. LocalStack is a plus
- Used to working in an Agile environment
