Summary

As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will act as the strategic bridge between our cutting-edge AI technology and our most valued customers. You will own the technical health of the customer relationship post-POC, ensuring our 'AI swarm' delivers maximum ROI and security peace of mind. We are looking for a strong builder who can align technical outcomes with a customer’s overarching security goals in a fast-paced environment

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the key technical partner to the sales team post-POC, reporting to the CEO & Co-founder, ensuring seamless account continuity and allowing sales to focus on new growth.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Architects to lead successful onboardings and ensure our AI agents are integrated perfectly within the customer’s environment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, building long-term trust by leading roadmap discussions and gathering critical product feedback.
  • Proactively surface security insights, guide customers through new feature adoption, and ensure they are utilizing the platform to its full potential.
  • Partner with Sales during renewal cycles to align technical roadmaps with business needs, identifying opportunities for expansion.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer-facing technical roles within SaaS (TAM, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Support).
  • A strong background in Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Cybersecurity, or DevOps.
  • Proven ability to manage complex technical deployments and drive feature adoption across diverse stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex AI-driven security data into actionable business insights.
  • A strategic thinker who can align technical outcomes with a customer’s overarching security goals.

Advantage

  • Experience in Offensive Security.
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
  • Experience working in high-growth, early-stage startup environments.Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or automated penetration testing tools.
