About the Opportunity
This role is for a strategic analyst who will leverage a deep desire to understand the "whys" of the data to drive operational efficiency across the Global Services Team. The Senior Business Analyst will manage the coordination of functional operations, delivering solutions that meet business needs, drive efficiency, and fuel company growth.
Key Responsibilities Summary
- Data Analysis & Insights: Blend strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution to analyze performance data and resource capacity.
- Monitor analytics and provide actionable insights and recommendations that drive performance improvements in Professional Services.
- Develop a regular cadence of predictive analytics, while also monitoring resource utilization trends and conducting regular assessments of resource performance, productivity, and capacity to identify areas for improvement.
- Operational Excellence & Cadence: Manage the operational rhythm and data integrity for the Global Services Team, including essential allocation duties.
- Manage the operational rhythm and data integrity for the Professional Services organization, which includes overseeing resource allocation and optimizing resource utilization for the Global Professional Services Team.
- Build analytics and dashboards and facilitate the presentation and review of customer performance metrics on weekly/monthly/quarterly cadences.
- Proactively monitor and maintain high levels of data quality, accuracy, and process consistency, and maintain accurate resource records and documentation.
- Strategic & Scalable Processes: Drive efficiencies, implement strategic frameworks, and enable the team on tools, systems and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data-centric initiatives, developing and implementing resource management strategies and processes to align resource allocation with project demands and organizational goals.
- Recommend reporting optimizations and solutions to remove bottlenecks and inefficiencies, collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve conflicts, and implement and maintain management tools to enhance visibility and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of SaaS business operations and analytics experience, or directly relevant experience.
- Skills: Proven ability to interpret analysis and provide actionable insights. Strong proficiency in Salesforce, SQL, and Excel/Google Sheets. Proficiency in using tools to track, analyze, and report on professional services metrics.
- Mindset: Innate curiosity, ability to problem-solve, and a solutions-oriented approach that drives positive outcomes. Highly organized, accountable, and able to serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders.
