About the Opportunity

Salsify is seeking a talented Principal IT Administrator to join our IT team in Lisbon, Portugal. This position offers entry into a vibrant setting where your robust learning ability and commitment to continuous improvement will truly make a difference. As a self-starter, you'll work collaboratively with varying levels of seniority within the organization, directly impacting the organization’s needs.

This position combines the best of both worlds, offering a hybrid work arrangement with a mix of in-office and remote opportunities.

How you'll Make an Impact:

Jamf Pro Specialist: Spearhead the optimization and continuous improvement of Jamf Pro, ensuring seamless management of Mac systems in the organization.
SaaS Administration: In addition to Jamf, manage and optimize other critical SaaS solutions such as Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian, Slack, and Zoom, ensuring integration and functionality within the organization. We expect you to have a deep understanding of these solutions and will hit the ground running with support of them.
Service Excellence: Take a proactive approach in supporting and addressing service-related requests from employees, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Contribute to the overall IT support function playing a key role in maintaining in-office equipment such as Zoom Rooms and Meraki network infrastructure, in addition to employee computers and peripherals.
Technical Expertise: Leverage a minimum of 5+ years of experience with Jamf Pro, Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian and Zoom in an enterprise environment, bringing deep technical knowledge and insights into management of services.
Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence. Lead by example in setting high standards for performance and professionalism.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate across departments to understand and address business needs, leveraging technical expertise to implement effective solutions that enhance organizational efficiency and productivity.
Knowledgebase Enhancement: Set standards and drive improvements to internal and employee-facing knowledge base articles and how-to guides. Ensure that resources are clear, comprehensive, and contribute to efficient issue resolution and user empowerment.
Proactive Problem Solving: Identify potential issues and inefficiencies in the IT infrastructure and take proactive measures to address them. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges to maintain a stable and secure IT environment.
