We're looking for a Growth Marketer / Demand Gen Lead to help scale our customer acquisition. Core KPI is MAUs. The ideal candidate can take on responsibility for strategy and day-to-day performance. Initial focus will primarily be on generating organic, not paid traffic.
Qualifications
Candidates should have 10+ years having worked at high-growth startups with hands-on experience in driving customer acquisition using organic and earned methods.
Hungry self-starter and a doer. Can self-organize and prioritize activity to hit KPI
Doer/Player but can scale to be a manager/coach over time
Demonstrated track record in growth experimentation and funnel optimization. Adept at setting and running A/B tests. Have seen and knows how the sausage is made.
Good story-teller and copywriter. Understands nuances of how and where users adopt new technologies
Be able to think outside the box in terms of user acquisition channels and perform experiments to test hypotheses.
Strong analytical skills; must be proficient in analyzing and interpreting data from native platform analytics and adapt to internal tools.
Experience with web analytics and SEO.
Must be proficient with Google Analytics. Experience with Heap Analytics beneficial.
Experience writing clear and concise presentations for summarizing data insights, outcomes and implications.
