Posh Technologies is the leader in Conversational AI applications to service for Community Banks and Credit Unions. As a sales development representative at Posh, you'll be on the frontlines of maintaining our fast growth in the industry. In this role, you'll be partnering with Account Executives to create opportunities for them to make the sale. If you're early in your career, gritty, and looking for a way onto a fast-growing tech startup, this is an opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
- Source new business opportunities of targeted accounts through outbound emailing, cold calling & social media engagement.
- Work closely and collaboratively with Account Executives to develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategies.
- Craft messaging and emails to drive prospects to our website, events and discovery calls.
- Evangelize Conversational AI and generate interest in our products in an underserved business segment through outbound efforts such as email, calls and social media.
- Stay engaged with, nurture & qualify prospects.
- Build the best system for the organization, completeness, and integrity of our contact lists.
- Help community banks and credit unions realize the potential of conversational AI.

Requirements

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Relevant experience in a business development / outbound role.
- Relevant experience in Banking or Fintech.
- Relevant experience with Salesloft or other sales engagement tools.
- You don't fear "No" - in fact, it motivates you.
- You're interested in Conversational AI and NLP
