As a client engineer at Posh, you're on the frontlines of ensuring the best possible product for our clients. You'll partner with client success managers, clients, and other engineering teams across the company to understand client problems, devise solutions, and work to implement them directly. Our conversational AI powered chatbots enhance the client experiences provided by credit unions and banks across the United States. This is possible because of the work our client engineers deliver to ensure our products meet their specific needs.
You Will:
- Build innovative software to improve upon bot deployments and our client experience
- Develop relationships with our clients & partner channels
- Assist technical pre-sales conversations and discovery
- Be a strong teammate to our sales team
- Help the broader team prioritize which solutions are ready for productization
- Work closely with other engineering teams to align on the product vision
Requirements:
- English Fluency
- 5+ Years developing software in a client-facing role
- Experience with SaaS, GCP, Kubernetes, CI/CDStrong grasp of PythonComfort within fast-paced and less-structured integration efforts
- Fundamental understanding of client-server relationship and REST APIs
- Comfort with a variety of different software environments, tools, APIs, programming languages, etc.

- Background in Sales/Solutions Engineer or as a Technical Consultant
- Experience in banking or conversational AI
- Strong communication skillsExperience working with GCP
- Understanding of tools and technologies such as SSO (SAML/OpenID Connect), VoIP (SIP), network architecture and security, React/Typescript
