About the Role

Pagos is hiring an experienced Software Engineer with strong design sensibilities and a desire to ship products that our users love. You will collaborate closely with our backend engineers and designers to create elegant and responsive user interfaces where customers can interact with complex financial data. We value team members who are not only skilled in their area of expertise but are also perpetual learners who are committed to growth and contributing to our collective success.

As a Software Engineer, Frontend , you will:

• Collaborate with designers, back-end engineers, and product managers to build web interfaces that power our products and features

• Work with complex APIs and visualizations for big data that allow our customers to analyze financial data in real-time

• Drive engineering projects to completion with a sense of urgency

• Build for scale, availability, and performance

• Drive quality into our product through code reviews, tests, bug fixes, etc.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with:

• 5+ years of experience in front-end development

• Strong knowledge of React and CSS

• Experience with component libraries like Antd, MUI, etc.(including customization of existing components)

• Strong foundation in data structures and algorithms

• You care about quality and know the best tests are automated

• Proficiency in developing and integrating complex APIs

• Experience building complex, single page front-end applications

Nice to haves:

• Experience and passion for Node.JS / Express / NextJS / Typescript / AG Grid

• Experience working in high growth, venture-backed startup(s)

• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools

• Strong understanding and experience working with cloud platforms, specifically AWS
