At Lendflow Colombia, we're growing fast and looking for a Junior Funding Advisor to join our team. If you have a sales background, a passion for finance, and want to build a career in fintech — this is your opportunity.

🔹 What you'll do

• Connect businesses with funding and working capital solutions.

• Manage your own client portfolio and drive commercial follow-up.

• Guide clients through the full funding process — from application to close.

• Communicate with clients and partners in English daily.

🔹 What we're looking for

✅ 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles.

✅ Advanced English proficiency (non-negotiable requirement).

✅ Strong ability to build relationships, spot opportunities, and close deals.

✅ Results-driven mindset and motivation to grow your income through performance.

🔹 What we offer

💰 Base salary: $3,500,000 COP/month

📈 Performance-based commissions, uncapped

🕐 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
