The Role

As a Reactivation & Commercial Funding Specialist, you will be responsible for re-energizing funding opportunities, guiding clients through the application process, and collaborating with internal teams to move deals through the pipeline to closing.

This role is a dynamic blend of lead generation, relationship management, and funding coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Reactivation: Outreach to previously funded clients to identify new capital needs.
• Lead Recovery: Re-engage with incomplete applications to drive them to completion.
• Outbound Activity: Maintain consistent contact with prospects through proactive outbound efforts.
• Advisory: Consult with business owners on various funding options and products.
• Closing: Clearly explain terms and conditions and secure client commitment.
• Documentation: Request and review financial documents for underwriting.
• Pipeline Management: Follow up diligently throughout the lifecycle of the application and maintain meticulous CRM records.
