About you
We're looking for an ops and marketing lead to help scale Hypernatural's marketing and customer service. You'll work closely with the CEO to define and execute processes to scale existing projects and define new ways to grow our business and serve customers
A few things we’re looking for:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices around content and posting strategies
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools, like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights

Compensation
