Hypernatural is a generative video platform that puts the creation of great videos in reach for everyone. We’re hiring a Growth Marketer to build the future of video creation with us.

Opportunity

Short form video is on an explosive trajectory that shows no signs of slowing down. Every marketer wants to make more videos, but good video is expensive to produce and often requires highly specialized skills.

Enter Hypernatural. We are on a journey to build the most amazing and easy-to-use generative video editor the world has ever seen. You will own our content marketing across channels, with a heavy focus on video. As part of this role, you’ll be on the front lines of using the Hypernatural app to market Hypernatural. You will:

Generate video media to post across channels.
Orchestrate digital content strategies across all online platforms.
Drive traffic and engagement that translates to user acquisition and brand promotion.
Measure the results of marketing activity to inform future marketing campaigns.
Design and implement creative marketing strategies to disseminate content.

Build simple solutions using practical tools; talk with users daily. Good-enough today is much better than perfect next week.

We apply the same approach to our working model. Enough process to get the work done and no more. A willingness to debate and to disagree/commit in equal measure. We do daily standups and weekly planning to talk about how the work is going.

You

A few things we’re looking for:

Ability to create engaging video content for social media
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices around content and posting strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in social media analytics tools, like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
Familiarity with social media advertising and paid social media campaigns
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Compensation

We’re venture funded and pay competitive cash and equity compensation.
