As a Financial Analyst at Hi Marley, you'll play a key role in driving our growth by delivering the financial insights that fuel our strategic decisions. What You'll Do:
- Financial Planning: Partner in developing and managing our annual budget, contribute to the quarterly forecasting process, and craft monthly financial reports that deliver clear and actionable insights. Over time, you'll also support our Go-To-Market and Product teams.
- Board and Management Reporting: Help create impactful materials for Board meetings, investors, and senior leadership, ensuring that our financial data is presented clearly and concisely.
- Ad-Hoc Financial Requests: Respond to financial queries with speed and precision, delivering the information needed when it matters most.
- Data Analysis and Decision Support: Dive deep into financial data to uncover trends, support key business decisions, and recommend improvements that move us forward.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools, particularly Excel
- A sharp analytical mind with the ability to break down complex financial data and pinpoint critical insights
- A knack for identifying ways to enhance efficiency and optimize processes
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to varied audiences
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
