Position Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic BDR Manager to lead, inspire, and grow our Business Development team. This is a remote position open to candidates anywhere in the United States.
This role is perfect for someone who loves developing talent, scaling outbound programs, and partnering cross-functionally to drive revenue. You’ll build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning. You’ll coach your team to achieve—and exceed—their goals, while shaping the outbound strategy that fuels Goldcast’s growth. Your leadership will not only impact our pipeline but also set the stage for BDRs to thrive in their careers as future Account Executives and leaders.
What You'll Do:
Lead & Develop People
- Mentor, coach, and motivate a team of BDRs, creating pathways for their professional growth.
- Drive hiring and onboarding efforts as we expand the team.
- Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone feels supported and challenged to do their best work.
Grow Pipeline Strategically
- Lead the team in exceeding quota and consistently delivering qualified pipeline.
- Design and refine outbound strategies, messaging, and multi-channel sequences tailored to key personas.
- Use data and insights to identify trends, remove blockers, and continuously improve team performance.
Collaborate Across the Business
- Partner with Marketing to optimize campaigns, refine our ICP, and ensure high-quality lead flow.
- Work with Sales leadership to streamline handoffs, forecast pipeline, and align on growth priorities.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations to enhance tools, reporting, and processes that enable efficiency.

Who You Are:
- 2+ years managing BDR/SDR teams (ideally in SaaS or B2B technology) with a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
- 4+ years in outbound sales development with consistent over-achievement. Comfortable navigating complex, multi-stakeholder B2B sales cycles.
- Skilled in using analytics and CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce, Outreach, SalesLoft, etc.) to inform coaching and strategy.
- Known for excellent communication, empathy, and the ability to motivate teams through inspiration, clarity, and trust.
- Excited by high-growth environments and energized by building scalable programs.
Bonus points if you have experience in MarTech, SaaS, or AI/video technology, or if you’ve worked with account-based development strategies.
Compensation:
Goldcast is a remote organization with access to an office in Boston for occasional gatherings. The CEO is located in the Boston area.
Goldcast.iooffers a competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development. The salary range for this role is $105,000 – $125,000, with a target bonus equal to 20% of base salary, and flexibility based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
