Position Overview:

We're looking for an Account Manager to join our Revenue team and manage customer relationships within our Velocity segment (companies with 1–500 employees). This role is a blend of renewals, strategic account planning, and expansion. You'll collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure that customers experience measurable value with Goldcast—and stick with us as they grow.

You’ll be a trusted advisor, proactive problem-solver, and growth partner, helping customers achieve their business goals while meeting your own revenue targets.

What You’ll Do:

  • Renewal Management: Lead and execute renewal plans for your accounts. Prepare renewal documents and materials and ensure timely closure of contracts.
  • Account Growth: Partner with CSMs to identify expansion opportunities and drive upsells and cross-sells.
  • Customer Success Partnership: Work hand-in-hand with Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer journey—from onboarding to engagement to renewal.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Use customer usage data and event engagement insights to build impactful, customized renewal and expansion plans.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Build account plans that reflect both customer needs and company growth objectives.
  • Negotiation: Manage renewal and expansion contract negotiations with empathy and business acumen.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Support, and Marketing teams to surface customer feedback and improve the overall experience.
  • Performance Reporting: Track and report on key metrics like renewal rate, churn, and expansion revenue.

  • 3+ years of experience in account management or a related sales role—ideally in SaaS, tech, or B2B environments
  • Proven success in renewals, upselling, or quota-based account growth
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally with success, product, and marketing teams
  • A collaborative, empathetic, and customer-first mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Goldcast.io offers a competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development. The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $70,000 plus commission, with flexibility based on the candidate's qualifications and experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package.
