Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to manage commercial needs for our Mid-Market & Enterprise accounts, typically large corporations with complex needs. This role involves renewing customer accounts, developing renewal strategies, and driving business expansion. The Enterprise Account Manager will collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure a seamless customer journey and identify growth opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
- Account Renewal: Develop and execute renewal strategies for enterprise accounts, including creating renewal-related presentations, decks, and paperwork.
- Business Expansion: Identify and drive expansion opportunities within existing enterprise accounts, working collaboratively with Customer Success Managers.
- Customer Partnership: Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure successful onboarding, engagement, and satisfaction throughout the customer journey.
- Data Analysis: Utilize event and engagement data to inform renewal strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve business objectives and growth targets.
- Contract Negotiation: Handle contract negotiations and renewals to ensure favorable terms for both the company and the customer.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to enhance customer experiences and resolve issues.
- Performance Reporting: Provide regular reports on account performance, renewal rates, and expansion activities to senior management.

- 5+ years of experience in account management or sales roles, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise accounts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging C-suite individuals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Familiarity with enterprise-level processes and structures.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working closely with cross-functional teams.
