Position Overview:

Goldcast is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager, Enterprise to partner with our largest customers, engineering teams, and go-to-market (GTM) teams. This role plays a critical part in shaping our enterprise customer experience, ensuring they gain maximum value from Goldcast products.

As an Enterprise Senior PM, reporting to the Director of Core Platform, you will lead initiatives that enhance enterprise customer adoption and engagement. You will work across Goldcast’s product portfolio, bridging gaps, identifying opportunities, and helping shape the future of our offerings.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with GTM teams to drive enterprise customer adoption and retention.
• Own and manage the Enterprise feature roadmap, balancing company priorities with high-value customer needs.
• Develop a deep understanding of enterprise customer expectations, industry trends, and market demands.
• Lead complex feature development by gathering insights, identifying user pain points, and creating impactful solutions.
• Establish a customer-first approach, ensuring features are designed with usability and scalability in mind.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success) to align strategies and execution.
• Enhance collaboration between GTM and product teams, improving workflows and communication.
• Ensure new features meet Goldcast’s enterprise standards, delivering high-quality, reliable solutions that support large-scale events.

Who you are:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Account Management, or similar roles in Enterprise B2B SaaS or Finance.
• Strong background in Martech, CRM, or related technology stacks is a plus.
• Proven experience partnering with enterprise customers, building strong relationships, and understanding their needs.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills—able to engage effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong technical understanding—you can collaborate with engineers, discuss technical design, and advise customers on integrations.
• Problem-solving mindset—able to find creative solutions, balance priorities, and think strategically about product-market fit.
• Comfortable working with data and analytics—you leverage insights to drive decisions.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects, keeping teams aligned, and influencing without formal authority.
• Focus on inclusivity and collaboration, fostering a positive and engaging team environment.

Compensation:

Goldcast is a remote organization with access to an office in Boston for occasional gatherings. The CEO is located in the Boston area.

Goldcast.io offers a competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development. The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $160,000, with flexibility based on the candidate's qualifications and experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package.
