We are seeking a highly skilled and technical RevOps Solutions Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. This individual will play a critical role in designing the blueprint for scalable and efficient revenue processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical capabilities. **Process Design & Strategy Alignment:**Collaborate with the Strategic Lead to translate business goals into actionable RevOps strategies. Design scalable and efficient workflows for sales, marketing, and customer success teams, ensuring alignment with GTM objectives.
**System Architecture & Integration:**Evaluate current tools and systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies, or misalignments. Oversee the configuration, customization, and ongoing maintenance of the Salesforce platform, including setting up users, managing profiles, roles, and team structures. Develop a comprehensive blueprint for how processes and tools should function within the existing tech stack (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools). Plan integrations and data flows to ensure a seamless exchange of information across platforms.
**Data Analysis & Revenue Optimization:**Proactively analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement across the revenue function. Build and maintain dashboards and reporting mechanisms that provide actionable insights. Leverage data to recommend and prioritize process and system enhancements.
**Technical Expertise:**Provide guidance on technical capabilities and constraints of systems to inform process design. Work closely with RevOps Specialists to ensure technical plans are implemented accurately and effectively. Act as a technical escalation point for troubleshooting complex RevOps issues.
**Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:**Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and finance, to gather requirements and align priorities. Clearly communicate the impact of proposed solutions to stakeholders at all levels.
**Continuous Improvement:**Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend enhancements. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the RevOps function.
**Technical Skills:**Deep expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools. Knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including SOQL. (Lightning components, Apex and Visualforce a plus) Strong understanding of data architecture, APIs, and system integrations. Proficiency in designing workflows and integrations involving multiple platforms beyond Salesforce. Advanced technical project management skills, including leading cross-functional initiatives. Proficiency in tools like Snowflake, Catalyst, RevenueHero, or similar for data management and analytics.
Analytical Thinking: Proven ability to diagnose complex issues, analyze data, and design elegant, scalable solutions.
Communication Skills: Excellent ability to translate technical concepts into business language and vice versa.
Certifications (Optional): Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, or similar certifications.
Goldcast is a remote organization with access to an office in Boston for occasional gatherings. The CEO is located in the Boston area.
Goldcast.io offers a competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development. The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000, with flexibility based on the candidate's qualifications and experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package.
