Position Overview:
Goldcast's Account Managers (AMs) are strategic partners for our Mid-Market segment customers (500–2,000 employees). As an AM, you will play a critical role in managing renewals, enabling customers to maximize their investment in the Goldcast platform, and developing strategies for account expansion. Collaborating with Customer Success Managers and engaging with key stakeholders, you’ll drive renewals and uncover new growth opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
- Account Renewal: Develop and execute renewal strategies for each account, including preparing presentations and renewal documents.
- Business Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth, partnering with Customer Success Managers and Business Development Representatives.
- Customer Partnership: Partner with Customer Success Managers to support onboarding, engagement, and overall satisfaction.
- Data Utilization: Analyze event and engagement data to inform renewal and growth strategies.
- Strategic Planning: Develop account plans to achieve business goals and drive results.
- Contract Negotiation: Manage contract renewals and negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, support) to enhance customer experiences and resolve issues.
- Performance Reporting: Regularly share account performance updates, renewal rates, and growth progress with senior leadership.
Who you are:
- 5+ years of experience in account management or growth roles, ideally in SaaS or technology. You’ve consistently met or exceeded sales and renewal goals and successfully navigated pricing transitions.
- Demonstrated success working with mid-market and enterprise customers (500–2,000 employees). You’re skilled at managing processes, resolving escalations, and delivering customized solutions.
- A track record of driving customer retention and expansion through proactive account strategies. You’re comfortable identifying growth opportunities and developing impactful renewal plans.
- Proficient in analyzing data to uncover trends and inform strategies. You can translate complex metrics into actionable insights.
- Adept at fostering trust-based relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. You clearly articulate ideas and strategies, backed by strong presentation and communication skills.
- Skilled in balancing multiple accounts and competing priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality customer experiences.
- A solutions-oriented mindset with experience in creative problem-solving and process improvement. You thrive in navigating complex situations.

Compensation:
Goldcast is a remote organization with access to an office in Boston for occasional gatherings.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, along with opportunities for professional growth and development. The total compensation for this role, including variable pay, is $130K-$170K, with flexibility based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
