The Role:
Envision contributing to a platform that seamlessly orchestrates virtual events, round table dinners, webinars, summits, etc...providing a transformative experience for organizers and participants alike. As an Account Executive at Goldcast, you'll play a pivotal role in our growth, building on our success with leading enterprises. We trust you to champion Goldcast's platform, operate your business like a CEO, and consistently surpass quarterly and annual targets. This is not your average start-up; you'll be closing substantial deals with top-tier brands and reaping the rewards for your success.

We're expanding our sales team and are seeking individuals with a proven track record of excellence in selling technology solutions and a passion for revolutionizing the virtual events landscape. We are looking for strategic thinkers who can contribute to customer growth and the development of our sales organization. Traits we're looking for:

  • Intrinsic drive to be successful, a love for winning, and a track record of being at the top of your career.
  • Clear and succinct communicator, able to articulate the value Goldcast's event and webinar platform delivers in the language of our customers.
  • Technical expertise, capable of demonstrating and explaining how Goldcast enhances virtual events,in-person, and hybrid events.
  • Innately curious, possessing deep knowledge of your buyers, their businesses, and understanding how Goldcast contributes to their success.
  • Empathetic listener, placing a premium on understanding customer needs.
  • Collaborative team player, with a competitive spirit but a commitment to collaboration, knowledge sharing, and contributing to team success.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2+ years of quota-carrying software or technology sales, with a track record of closing complex sales cycles.
  • Consistent overachievement of quota, ranking in the top 10-20% of the company.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Familiarity with virtual event technology, webinar platforms, and the broader events industry. Martech experience in particular.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • 4-year BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong customer references within the events and webinar space.
