As the first person in the revenue ops function, you will report into the Head of Sales and act as a connective tissue between Marketing and Sales. You will connect data and systems, build workflows, and generate insights and analytics to empower marketing and sales to drive more revenue.
Your day-to-day will include:
Install / Admin additional Sales Tools such as Bombora
Configure/Orchestrate sales processes in various tools
Work with Marketing to integrate marketing and sales tools
Support creation/updating of sales reporting, analytics, dashboards, and forecasting
Who are you
4+ years of marketing ops and sales ops experience at a B2B software firm
Good with numbers and analytics
Have a good understanding of B2B sales motion- both top down and bottoms up
Someone that’s innately curious, interested in learning, and is driven to make an impact!
Ability to work cross-functionally, while managing multiple projects and stakeholders across the business.
Creative problem-solving skills: you understand root causes and act with a sense of urgency and commitment.
Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is – or isn’t – working.
