We are looking for a hungry, humble, and smart Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us scale our business. Reporting into the sales team, this role is a great opportunity to gain exposure into an early-stage SaaS company while giving you ample opportunities for personal and career growth.

How you’ll make Goldcast amazing: 😍
Conduct high volume prospecting to generate qualified leads using various channels of outreach including but not limited to calling, email, and social selling
Leverage best-in-class sales tools to maximize effectiveness and efficiency
Deliver a best-in-class, ABM prospecting experience with a leaning towards creative personalization
Manage a book of target accounts to identify and target our ideal customer profiles
Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and implement the appropriate prospecting resources
Align with Sales leaders and reps to secure the right quality and quantity of meetings with our prospective customers
Stay up to date with new advancements in our products as well as industry trends to identify business development opportunities for our company
What you have and who you are: 👀
Track record of high achievement and success either in Business Development or a related field
Ideally some familiarity with common tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, LI Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, and others
A natural competitor, you’ll be goal oriented and disciplined
A desire to meet - if not exceed - measurable performance goals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
1-2 years previous sales experience is a plus, but ultimately you’ll have a strong desire to begin a career in sales
Experience working in a quickly changing environment, where adjustments are consistently being made
Agility and an openness to experiment and get out of your comfort zone to explore new techniques
Natural curiosity to understand not than just the what, but the why so you can grow in autonomy
