As the Director of Marketing at Enaia, you should be extremely passionate about SaaS marketing and want to put your passion and leadership to work, taking full ownership of our marketing activities to drive new customer acquisition, revenue growth and customer obsession. This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to develop, implement, and optimize data-driven strategies across multiple channels, possessing an understanding of best-SaaS marketing best practices. We need a proactive leader who takes initiative, has a “get things done” mentality, and thrives in an environment where they are heavily relied upon. Your first 30 days will be spent focused on Customer Research to understand/identify and develop our Product’s brand positioning and messaging, laying a deep foundation for the products we invest into and use (CRM, etc.) to build a foundation for our future.
Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive pipeline growth and revenue for Enaia’s SaaS platform. • Lead and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, digital advertising, and content marketing. • Utilize data analytics to measure, optimize, and report on campaign performance, ensuring strategies align with key metrics and business goals. • Own the marketing role entirely—driving initiatives without needing direction and being fully accountable for marketing performance and results. • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, ensuring effective lead handoff and accurate tracking of marketing attribution. • Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms and CRM tools to streamline campaign execution and measure performance. • Craft compelling go-to-market strategies for new product features. • Build and manage a marketing team (in time), providing mentorship to elevate individual and team performance.
Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in SaaS marketing, with a strong understanding and background of demand generation. • Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable growth. • Deep expertise in social media marketing, SEO/SEM, and a strong understanding of key marketing metrics. • Data-driven mindset with a proven ability to analyze and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics. • Strong initiative and the ability to work independently, taking ownership of projects and delivering results without being prompted. • Capable of crafting new ideas, presenting and defending those ideas to Enaia’s CEO and executing on those ideas. • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce). • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop effective messaging and collaborate cross-functionally.
