What you’ll be doing on the team:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will use a combination of phone, email, video, and social media to help build our sales pipeline by connecting with prospective customers, understanding their unique needs, and identifying the best way to position Darby. This will include:
Executing Outbound Lead Generation: Effectively executing our outreach approach to drive sales conversation generation in an assigned area of focus and provided accounts.
Initial Sales Conversation Coordination and Participation: Coordinate calendars of prospects and Darby leadership and provide initial introductions during the initial sales meeting.
Sales Enablement: Monitor, maintain, and report sales conversation generation activities and results against pre-established goals.
The Sales Development Representative role is a full-time position. We hire talented individuals with initiative and drive; as such, we provide the flexibility you need to succeed at work and at home. While most team members work from 8 am to 5 pm, it’s up to you to self-manage your time consistent with the goals and expectations for your role and the needs of your team. As a company supporting remote work, you can live anywhere you want, as long as you can get the job done. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required for success in the role.
