Who You Are
2+ years of experience in a Customer Support / Customer Success position
Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A BA or BS degree is preferred
HR Tech experience is a plus, but not necessary
Strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to succeed

What You’ll Do
Build strong relationships with Apploi customers to understand their needs and ensure their success with the platform
Become a platform expert to provide solutions-based training, consultation, and support
Lead online trainings, reviews, and one-on-one conversations to educate customers on the features of our platform
Help manage and maintain how-to guides and customer support resources within Apploi’s Help Center
Maintain an understanding of customers’ recruiting and employee placement strategies
Collaborate with Onboarding Managers and Support Specialists to ensure a cohesive customer experience
Partner with the Account Management team to determine upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities
Serve as an escalation point for customers on key issues

Represent the voice of the customer and provide feedback to influence future product roadmaps
