The Role

We’re seeking a talented AI Product Manager who will lead the strategy, development, and execution of AI-driven features within our workforce management solutions. You will work cross-functionally with data scientists, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to develop AI-powered automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent decision-making tools that enhance hiring and scheduling processes. Your work will help streamline operations, reduce inefficiencies, and optimize workforce utilization for healthcare providers.

Who You Are

• Passionate about applying AI and machine learning to solve real world problems.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in AI, data science, or automation-driven products.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data analytics, and healthcare workforce management challenges.
• Experience working with product feature engineering and data science teams to develop and launch AI-powered features.
• Familiarity with workforce scheduling, talent acquisition, or HR tech solutions is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

What You’ll Do

• Define and execute the AI product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and UX teams to develop AI-driven automation and optimization features for hiring and scheduling nurses. Leverage AI technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics to improve workforce efficiency
• Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to understand pain points and identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation.
• Develop business cases and success metrics for AI initiatives, demonstrating their value to customers and internal teams.
• Ensure ethical and responsible AI use, focusing on fairness, transparency, and compliance with industry regulations.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to position AI-driven solutions effectively in the market.
• Stay updated on AI trends, workforce management technologies, and competitive landscape to drive continuous innovation.
